Subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to LorenziniApparels Limited on March 30, 2017. The Promoters of the Company are Sandeep Jain and Deepika Jain.Lorenzini Apparels is engaged into the business of manufacturing, designing and marketing of readymade garments offering diverse range of mens formal, semiformal casual wear and womens casual wear. The Company serves its customers through the channels of retail and ecommerce. The Company has few stores/outlets spread across various places in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The Company has entered into supply agreement with some of the ecommerce players. It also has franchise model.
