Where can I check the application form that I had submitted while opening my account?

Click on this link to go to the Kotak Securities website.

Enter your respective user ID and password for the website and 'Do not enter the Access Code'

Note - The login ID and password for the Neo mobile app and Kotak Securities website are not the same.

Once you have logged in,

1. Go to My Account and click on A/c Form

2. You will be able to download your account opening form from there.
