When I use my Neo Trade API, I get an "Incorrect combination of credentials" error. I am using the correct password. What do I do?
Choose a platform
Do not enter your password for the WSO2 API webportal. Simply logging into your WSO2 API webportal is sufficient. In all other instances, the password for your Kotak Securities Trading Account is required.
Do not use your WSO2 API webportal password. It is only needed to login to your WSO2 API devportal(API Manager Portal). You must use the Kotak Neo Trading Account password in all other cases. If the issue persists, try resetting the password or email us at neo.api@kotak.com
