Yes, you can switch back to Kotak Stock Trader any time while using Kotak Neo.
You can place a request to switch using the following 3 ways:
1. WhatsApp Chatbot
- Initiate a WhatsApp chat on 7738988888 by typing “Hi.”
- Click on the "Update Account" option.
- Click on "Convert to online.”
- Authenticate the security question asked.
- Kindly enter the OTP
