What happens when my account is frozen?

If your account is frozen, following will be applicable:

1. You shall not be able to login or trade through any online trading platforms (Web, App and Trade API)
2. All your open orders shall be cancelled
3. IPO and Mutual Fund orders shall be not be affected
4. Mutual Fund SIP, linked to a Bank Mandate, shall remain active
5. You may place trades through your Dealer or Call N Trade Desk
6. There shall be no restrictions on the Risk Management activities of Kotak Securities Ltd.
