I don’t have any securities on the record date, can I still purchase RE through Kotak Securities trading platform and then buy the shares against the RE?

Yes, you can purchase Rights Entitlement in the cash segment of the Exchange, through the Kotak Securities Trading App / Website OR Kotak NEO, just like any other Equity share.

You can purchase the REs till the RE window closure date and apply before the rights issue closes.
