You will receive a retention call from Kotak Securities within 48 hours of Account Closure Request being generated. You need to inform them over the call to discontinue the closure of the account.
Alternatively, you can email our customer care at service.securities@kotak.com requesting that your closure request be rejected, including your Client Code (required) and Demat Account number (if applicable). Account closures are reversed one working day after your request is received.
