An NRI must contact their respective Dealer/Relationship Manager or Customer Service at service.securities@kotak.com to update their email and mobile number.
The respective RM / Dealer / CS Executive will send the NRI client a KYC updation form, which the client must fill out, attest, and courier to Kotak HO.
It is majorly an offline process for NRIs and cannot be done on the KST App or Kotak Securities Website.
