Auto-Pledge of MTF & Seamless Securities Payout
Starting February 24, 2025, your Pay Later (MTF) trading experience will be even smoother! In line with guidelines, we are introducing auto-pledge for stocks purchased under Pay Later (MTF), eliminating the need for manual pledge confirmation. Additionally, securities payouts for your Pay Later (MTF) positions will now be directly credited to your active demat account by the Clearing Corporation and depositories (NSDL).
Automatic Pledge Creation for Pay Later (MTF): No more manual pledge confirmations on NSDL. Your stocks will be auto-pledged, ensuring seamless trading.
No Pledge Intimation Links for Pay Later (MTF): Since pledging is automatic, you won’t receive pledge confirmation links anymore.
Direct Credit of Pay Later (MTF) Securities: Securities will now be credited directly to your demat account.
No Change in Pledge Charges – Your pledge charges remain the same. Know more about this here.
