Nibe Limited (formerly known as Kavita fabrics Limited) was incorporated in 2005 as a Private Company. Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Company in 2012 and the Company name was changed to Nibe Limited in year 2020. Currently, the Company manufactures synthetic fabrics in the form of semifinished sarees and dress materials. These products are offered in various designs as per customer requirements. Semifinished sarees and dress materials manufactured by the Company are further processed by customers before selling to the endusers. The main raw material for product is manmade yarn, which is sourced from local markets. The Company has based on its experience and its standards, conforms to major specifications and customer.The Company established its manufacturing unit at Surat, Gujarat in 2008, mainly with the object of manufacturing synthetic fabrics from manmade yarns by using weaving technology. It started commercial production in 2008. Under the guidance of experienced promoters, the Company initially installed 12 jacquard power looms to manufacture synthetic fabrics from manmade yarns in 2008. Thereafter, in 2012, the Company increased its production capacity by purchasing additional 24 jacquard power looms. Currently, the Company owns 36 jacquard power looms to undertake the weaving of the synthetic fabrics from manmade yarns.During year 201920, through the Open Offer of Shares made in March, 2020, the Existing Promoter of Company i.e. Ganesh Nibe and Manjusha Nibe entered into Share Purchase Agreement with Erstwhile Promoters to acquire 30,81,704 equity shares constituting 29.58% of the equity share capital of the Company through which the Existing Promoter acquired the Control in the Company and became the Promoters of the Company. As a result of this, the Existing Promoter i.e. Ganesh Nibe and Manjusha Nibe introduced a new segment of business in the Company i.e. manufacturing, trading, buying, selling, assemblers, import, export, dealing in all types of electrical vehicles, Evehicles.Established in 2021 under the leadership of Mr. Ganesh Ramesh Nibe, Nibe Limited stands as a pioneering entity in technology and sustainability. The company specialise in manufacturing a wide spectrum of critical components catering to defence industry. In addition to this, it offers strategic products and related research advancements in the EVehicles Division and the BVM RD Foundation.The EVehicles Division pioneers sustainable transportation, producing bestinclass ecofriendly Ebikes and rickshaws and leading a movement towards more efficient and responsible transportation. The BVM RD Foundation leads the charge in advanced Lithiumion Battery pack research, positioning the Company as a key player in global pursuit of clean energy solutions.
