As both the exchanges were derecognized by SEBI, the Company was placed on the Dissemination Board of NSE. The Company has made an application to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) for the listing of its entire Equity Share Capital. The Company proposes to list and trade the entire Equity Share Capital of the Company on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE). The Company has received InPrinciple approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) for listing of its securities.
