service is available for all trading customers of Kotak Securities.

can I activate this service? |
| A.
|  | Activating
this service is very simple you can subscribe for TradeSmart by following the
simple steps given below. - Login to your account on www.kotaksecurities.com.
- You will view the link of TradeSmart on top menu, click on this link, on clicking
the link you will be shown the page with detail of TradeSmart. This page will
have subscription plans also.
- Select the plan you want to subscribe and submit
it, on submission you will be given the confirmation for successful subscription.

plans are available under this service? |

is currently available in three different plans, for your advantage we are also
offering you the option of money back for the initial 30 days of 1st subscription.

where will the amount of this service be deducted on it’s subscription? |
| A. |  | On
subscription of TradeSmart, the subscription amount will get deducted from your
Cash Margin.

| 5. |  | My
account is currently in Debit, can I subscribe for the TradeSmart service?

| A.
|  | To
subscribe to the TradeSmart service, you must have sufficient funds in you account.
In case your account does not have sufficient funds, you will not be allowed to
subscribe.

| 6. |  | How
can I deactivate this service within the initial 30 days money back period?
|
| A.
|  | Option
to deactivate the service of TradeSmart will be shown to you every time you visit
this section for initial 30 days, on clicking the link Unsubscribe you can deactivate
the service. Deactivation of TradeSmart is also available under Customer Service
link on www.kotaksecurities.com logged in section, you can visit there and apply
for deactivation.
You can also apply for deactivation through our customer
service by calling us at 1800 209 9191 / 3030 5757 / 1800 222 299.
Note
– Seven days money back period includes the day of subscription of the service.
For example if you are subscribing on 1st of August, 2009, you can
deactivate the service on or before 30th of August, 2009.

can I renew this service once my subscription is expired? |
| A. |  | Option
to renew the subscription of TradeSmart is available under Customer Service linkon
www.kotaksecurities.com logged in section, you can visit there and apply for renewal.
Also, you can renew by calling our Customer Service on 1800 209 9191 / 3030 5757
/ 1800 222 299.

have set e-mail alerts but not receiving it on my e-mail address? |
| A. |  | Alerts
are sent on your registered e-mail address at Kotak Securities, to check you registered
e-mail address visit My Account > My Trading Profile. You can update your
e-mail address in My Account > Update My Profile.

| 9. |  | It
takes lot of time to display the information or chart doesn't get uploaded, what
should i do? |
| A. |  | Delete
cache memory from your browser and try to re-open the site in a new browser. |
